1. The service
Worksheets is operated by TAKE A SIP PTY LTD trading as Worksheets (ABN 15 688 548 941). Worksheets is a web-based financial management and business operations software platform delivered electronically as a subscription service. Worksheets Personal helps customers manage personal budgets, transactions, bills, savings goals, cash-flow forecasts, debts, net worth and securely stored financial documents. Worksheets Business helps small businesses manage expenses, purchasing, stock and supplier costs, budgeting, reporting, staff administration and day-to-day operations.
Worksheets does not hold customer funds, provide loans, process investments, transfer money between bank accounts or provide financial product advice. Customers pay only for access to the Worksheets software.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and use an individual account. A business owner confirms that they have authority to create and administer the business account and invite authorised users.
For business accounts, owners and managers are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, reviewing access and removing users when access is no longer required.
3. Subscription plans and payment
Customers can select monthly or annual billing before subscribing. The subscription price, billing frequency and renewal terms will be shown before payment is confirmed.
Published launch pricing is in Australian dollars and includes GST where applicable. Worksheets Personal is $9.99 per month or $99 per year. Worksheets Business plans are Starter $29 per month or $290 per year, Professional $59 per month or $590 per year, and Premium $99 per month or $990 per year.
Payments will be processed automatically on a recurring basis using the card authorised by the customer when card payments are enabled. Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew every 12 months unless cancelled.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Customers can cancel through their account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and the customer will generally retain access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refund requests are assessed under our Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Customer data and records
Customers are responsible for reviewing OCR results, imported transactions, payroll exports, reports and calculated figures before relying on them. Automated extraction can make mistakes, especially where source documents are unclear, unfamiliar or from different countries.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful or malicious material, impersonate another person, use another person's account, or use Worksheets in a way that infringes rights or breaks applicable law. Further rules are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Third-party services
Worksheets uses service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, document OCR, email, analytics and payments. Any bank-feed functionality will use an authorised third-party bank-data provider. Worksheets will not collect or store customers' internet-banking passwords.
8. Availability, changes and termination
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
We may make reasonable changes to features, security controls and plan limits. We may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse, non-payment, security risk or material breach of these terms.
9. Responsibility and liability
Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its own unlawful conduct, negligence or breach. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worksheets is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by users, or decisions made without reviewing exported or automatically extracted records.
